Categories of trades to be tested. Number of candidates to be tested in each category.
Details of Employer delegates to be present during the recruitment phase. Test details such as theoretical sessions, practical sessions, etc.
Office Infrastructure required such as conference rooms, Interview rooms.
Quality Evaluation methodology of the client. Planning is done to determine availability of test areas, resources, consumables and safety gear. Partial facilities and/or entire facility offered based on the needs of the client.
Testing Booth Readiness.
Cleanliness of Test Environment.
Conference and Interview room readiness.
Consumables required for testing such as welding
Electrodes, grinding wheels, etc.
